Return Policy

In the instance that you need to return any merchandise purchased from, there will be a 30% restocking fee. The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs to get the merchandise back to our warehouse located in Hardin, IL. For us to honor this process, the request must be made in the form of an email, sent to no later than 14 days of the invoice for any given order. Once approved, we will contact you via the email address that you emailed us from. You, the customer, will have 14 days from the date that we sent you the email approving a refund to return the merchandise back to our warehouse. If for any reason these time frames are not met, your refund may possibly be denied. Please keep open communication with if the possibility of a delay may occur.

Dammaged items can be exchanged for store credit as long as we are notified of the issue within 7 business days of the original purchase date. We do not consider Saturday or Sunday to be a business day as we are closed. In order to notify us, please email a description of the issue and you must have an attached digital photo clearly showing the damage or defect of purchased merchandise. We currently have an RMA process in the works, but until that module is finalized, you must make all requests through If this situation occurs, we will hold you responsible for the standard shipping costs currently in place with any standard order.

Generally speaking, we consider all sales final, except in the case of goods arriving damaged. We are willing to except returns with a 30% restocking fee only, and that only applies if the timeframes mentioned above are met.

Wholesale Customers - We have seen several wholesale users of the website disregarding that there is a $200 minimum order to be place inside of the cart before the wholesale discounts are applied. Please note that the dollar amount displayed in step four of the checkout process is the exact dollar amount that will be charged to the customer. If for any reason, you believe this figure to be incorrect, DO NOT CLICK the place order button. We will try our best to perceive your intentions before packing the order, but we will not gaurantee a refund if your ordered merchandise has already been shipped. Please contact within 24 hrs if you mistakingly let this happen. If we receive a prompt communication within this 24 hr period of time, it is much more likely that we will work with you to rectify the situation.

Only upon approval, should you ship any merchandise back your our warehouse. Without an approval via email, we will not honor any refunds or returns.
