Q:  Where can I buy teeth or pacifiers  a place locally in the USA where I can find teeth?

A:  You may find Billy-Bob Teeth and Pacifiers at your local Spencer Gifts or Party City.

Q:  Do you have a phone number I can call?

A:  We do have a customer service phone number for tracking, billing questions, placing orders, and product questions.  Our phone number is 1-800-457-6249.

Q:  Can I get a free catalog?

A:  Yes, just e-mail with your actual mailing address and we will be more than happy to send one out to you.

Q:  How long will it take to get my teeth once I have placed an order?

A:  We ship UPS Ground or Fed-Ex Ground on the next available shipping day (we do not ship on holidays or weekends).  Most U.S. orders take three to five working days for delivery.  Note: P.O. Boxes and military addresses will be shipped Priority Mail. In regards to Overnight delivery, see question below.

Q:  After I place my order, will I be able to track it?

A:  Yes, when we ship your order you should receive an e-mail with your tracking number.  You can track your package(s)

Q:  My teeth broke.  Will you send me a new pair?

A:  No.  There is no warranty for breakage or misuse.  They'll last for years if you take care of them.

Q:  How can I get remoldable fitting material without paying the expensive shipping charge?

A:  Send $1 per fitting material desired with a self addressed stamped envelope to:

Q:  Do these work with braces?

A:  No, these teeth are not recommended for people wearing braces or caps.

Q:  Are these teeth O.K. for kids?

A:  With the exception of the pacifiers, the teeth are not suitable for children.  Billy-Bob Teeth are a choking hazard.

Q: Can I place an order over the phone?

A:  Yes, we accept orders from 8-4 CST at 1-800-457-6249.

Q:  I ordered my teeth UPS Overnight on Friday, will I receive them on Saturday?

A:  No, UPS Overnight does not include Saturday delivery. We must receive the order by 12 Noon, CST, in order to send the order Overnight. Overnight delivery is Monday thru Friday.

Q:  Why is your shipping $7.00 for UPS Ground or Fed-Ex Ground?

A:  All our shipment fees include handling.  Our products are fragile and require special handling and packing.
